So I did end up getting this. It was odd. There was a bloke that completely outbid me with his preset auction amount. Then the same item came along with a 100 dollar asking price.
I got it for this amount:

I just bought a Siglo VI tube for ?2.49 on Ebay so I can take one out with me if I so desire. That's cheaper than the difference between a tubo and a non tubo version.

So those who saw pictures of the jar I got will remember that the contents look old and smell amazing but probably aren't the original contents. I've measures the RG which seems to be 38 ish and they are 4.3 inches or 111cm.
