I've asked a mate of mine called Google (bloody know it all if you ask me). Anyhoooo G said that Simon Bolivar was a military leader from Venezuela who was a big figure in the revolutions against the Spanish. His name is cool as Fook (I'm guessing this is why you use the handle):
