They probably came from DR .... rolled in a factory called Romeo y Julieta 2000 or some such. The cigars are then sold through DR tobacconists without mention of their origin. Habanos will eventually get the factory closed, but the owners and money will have disappeared by then, and a similar factory will open a few yards down the road. RyJ and Montecristo are the main targets as these are the most universally familiar brands.If you want to, you can.

I was bidding on a pair of Mannikin cigars from the 70s that Ebay pulled but fortunately I had messaged the seller so we're just sorting out a price. He offered me these four Willem IIs, do they have any novelty value? No idea of age.
