I took a call the other day from a Motability recovery agent who was trying to recover a stolen Motability car, a 14 reg Audi TT worth ?65k. How disabled are you if you can get in and out of that?

That sort of stuff thoroughly pisses me off. It's a thorough piss take of the system.

funny you should say that, I was at a wedding on the weekend and there was a lady who was of the rotund variety who was in a disabled parking bay, then into a mobility scooter, then managed to dance most of the night when the disco started! Only to go back into the scooter to get to the car, unbelievable!
