That would be wonderful, I did lose the crown and pin, it's 18k so I'd like to repair it with same if I can get one. Any ideas. Also I wouldn't know what parts to buy!..

I'm sure a generic 18ct crown can be found. Might not be cheap though

Thread resurrection alert.............. This particular thread got me interested in watches, as mentioned within it I bought myself one for my 30th two years ago. Then got another one after this thread along with a storage display box....

My wife bought me this for christmas



Comfortable, quite a formal looking piece.

And I then bought this during the week in the sale, ?299 down to ?99..came with a bracelet so I purchased the blue leather strap and is now my favourite piece.

I just found this in my dads office. He bought it in the 80's he thinks. I'm keeping it, it needs a battery but it's the real deal gents. Love it.

Nice find! I found out my granddad used to rock a rolex DJ but threw it in the bin when dementia set in.....

I did find this in his brief case that I wore on my wedding day, love the idea of a family piece to hand down.
