Heard an interesting piece on the radio today, (from a scientist boffin) if you cook your carrot's whole without cutting them, they are 25% better at reducing the risk of cancer! I didn't know carrot's had any special anti cancer element's anyway so was interested. (you can cut them after cooking - to eat them)
So what other food's have anti cancer abilities.....
we can make an entire menu which should virtually guarantee we can smoke as many cigars as we wish...
