I had a chicken liver tagliatelle the other day was beautiful!

Sounds great, I'd love to do something with that but the other half wouldn't entertain it.

Had pan fried beef heart the other day, was absolutely gorgeous. Nothing like I expected, lovely gentle beef flavour.
