  • Ca you vote for me please? (NOT SPAM)

Hi, I've entered a comp, which is essentially a populrity contest. I was doing ok then was overtaken. I'd appreciate your votes. It is from a first aid company not some spam generator. (Obviously I'm Eddie on there too, and I'm currently in 2nd place)

    Thanks in advance.

You are treating a casualty in a remote, industrial or hostile environment. You are dressed appropriately and have a basic First Aid kit. What 5 essential items are you glad you have in your pockets? There are some things that are just nice to always have around. The answer with the most votes wins all of this good stuff! Traser Officer Pro Watch - £200 Traser watches use tritium gas filled capsules for remarkable visibility in the dark, delivering a continuous glow for 20 years. The Officer Pro is one of our favorite watches with its clean, uncluttered face and solid build quality. Follow Traser Watches here. Leatherman Wave - £110 You should always have a knife or multitool at hand when working or playing off the beaten track and the Leatherman Wave is all you need - it doesn't have 100 obscure tools just what you need, fitting easily into the palm of your hand. Leatherman Raptor - £70 We recently wrote about the benefits of Tuff Cut rescue shears over knives in this article. The good people at Leatherman have come up with the ingenious Raptor - folding rescue shears featuring a seatbelt cutter, ring cutter and glass breaking hammer. These are the sexiest rescue shears available. Lend them to your colleague at your peril. Follow Whitby & Co here. Petzl Myo RXP - £75 In a bewildering market of head-torches the Petzl Myo RXP everything we need; variable power output from an economical 13 Lumines offering 89hrs burn time up to 205 lumen in Boost Mode, diffuse lense for ambient lighting, running on 3 AA batteries and weighing a measly 175g. Follow Lyon Equipment here. Lifesystems Mountain Leader First Aid Kit - £50 We'd always recomemend putting together your own kit, approrpaiet to your skill level, environment, activity and group size but that can be a daunting and expensive task. To get you on your way the Mountain Leader is one of the better off-the-shelf kits to form the basis of your custom kit.
