I prefer the smoothness of four cylinders, my last bike was this CB1300

Nice. Mine was 20 years ago and was a KR1S

Only a 250 but 2 stroke so very powerful for its weight. Too end was about 140 which is insane on that little bike! 0-60 was lightening fast too. For me if have a race bike and a custom like the falcons but that's in an ideal world. In reality in not allowed a bike haha.

Oh dear I have had 5 jags over the years
        Started with the XJ40 Sovereign
Had 3 on the go at once she drive the XJ40 I then bought the XJR 4.0 l supercharged and we had an XJS 5.3 that we took to shows
Then picked up an old XJ6 4.2 twin tanks kept that a while then finally an XK8
Raffled off the XJ40 at my birthday party ?20 a ticket
Sold the XJS and then traded in the 3 others an bought a Family Shogun with all the extras plus a DVD PS2 and 4 screens
Paid ?35g for it and still have it now 14 years old
Bought the Porsche Boxster as a run a round when not on the scooter Suzuki Bergmann AN650

Porsche through and through here, had a few over the years.
Then found bikes, agree in the less cylinders is best sounding, I still miss my TL

Swapped it for a GSXR1000, insanely fast but boring.

At race levels I have heard of units producing 750 odd horsepower, granted V8's often produce more but there's just something magical about 12 cylinders growling away.

If I had the spare dosh I would buy one of these for sure.
Sweet! I love Enfields and Indians! Though if I had an old bike it would be a Triton.... Triumph Engine, Norton Body.

That picture is probably my ideal bike look. Nice all those cafe racers tbh.

I had a 4.4 v8 range rover for a while. Absolutely loved it so comfortable, fast ( for such a big vehicle) towed anything without noticing and a lovely engine noise when revved hard.
Sold it when I could no longer convince myself the running costs were reasonable.
