Received this little eBay bargain today!





Unfortunately it doesn't work Flint is new, enough gas in it would seem to spit it out when I try and fill it but doesn't seem to be any coming out when I open the top. Also a rattle inside, any ideas gents?

I really like it mate, stylish indeed. I'm sorry I can't help with mending it but I like it very much. I'm going to get a nice soft flame lighter at some point.

Can you poke a thin piece of wire in the gas comey outey hole (thats the technical name lol ) Marc VTG mentioned about purging lighters not sure how you do that though.

It's a Sarome, got one already and it's a lovely piece of kit. Feels quality!

Yeah I was gonna give it a go but I only fell asleep at 8am so my head wasn't to clear when I woke up and I'm off to Manchester soon so not much time to play with it. Was hoping you fine fellows would have figured it all out by the time I have chance to play with it
