My Duck Rosy has started laying and I'm particularly enjoying the fruit of her labours this morning so I thought I would share this perfectly poached egg with you guys! From Duck to my belly in no time at all.... Can't get fresher and tastier than that.

My breakfast consisted of 2 cans of sugarfree Red Bull - as it does every working day. I really should make a complaint about their advertising as I haven't grown wings yet and am still stuck at work doing BIOS updates on blade servers.

No I have a landscaping company, I just did it for fun one weekend and was very surprised to find it was WOBDERFUL!
