I'll get the Birthday line up tonight, life's been busy (not bad, but busy) and rather spread out recently lol
Here are the daily's; (projects and bikes haven't left the garages for a while)
Nice wheels Joey!
I just re-read the thread, I missed your posts.
I nearly had to get rid of the Focus a while back, eyeing up replacements the CLK range caught my eye, though as fuel comes into it for me now I was looking at the 3.2 diesel.
Great looking car that is ageing well.
I never went down the 911 route as running costs back when I owned the 944 was crazy on a 911. There was a local guy who was Roger Clarke's old mechanic, he worked from a unit in Leicester and servicing on the 944 was cheaper than my Nova, including 9 litres (I think it was that) of Mobil One oil.
Mind you, I couldn't afford to run the porker now, 14 mpg at most would be crippling on the fuel bills, it was ?52.00 to fill her up in 1995 and that lasted 200 miles if lucky.
Hmmm, if I could afford any car now I would most likely try and get a Series 2 911 Turbo, old school grunt
No I had my own transistor radio and yes we had a black and white tv
Ah but I bet you had preset buttons to change channels with? I remember twisting the dials! That was the set I had to watch the '66 World Cup Final on.

Well nobody got it, it was called "Beat" and was on ITV in 2008... I still have my commendation from the Home Secretary at my grandparents house... I might dig it out someday.
