Can only imagine this has been done with Govt blessing so some big money changing hands. Seems a bit short-sighted to let the crown jewels out the door, a big gamble that China does not end up producing better sticks after enough time.

What this could do to do to the counterfeit market within a few years could be epic.

Still this is Cuba so anything can happen.
