Finished I think got a tin at work staples came in and used dremel to cut slits in and sprayed it black to hold oasis foam.

Looks great. Its a totally weather proof, easily carried Humidor. You could take it to your mates bbq round the corner or all the way up CairnGorm just as easily. A bit of rain or wind wont effect it one bit. The more I think about it the better that little beast is, really glad you put us on to them, cheers

Have you considered dividers in it to stop cigars falling over if its not totally full?

Got off cuts still so could put dividers in. Looking at what to put in there am thinking a good supply of go to smokes...trinny Reyes maybe.

I was having a look at mine this morning I reckon you could easily fit over 100 smokes in there if you go for stuff about the size on the Trinidad Reyes you mentioned.
