        Awsome! I?ve ordered a 3 kilo lump of topside from the local butcher, should be in Tuesday. I reckon Friday next week I?ll be able to send you some [emoji16]

        Pork scratchings are my second favourite snack of choice, 3rd - Bacon & black pudding Sanger!!
        But I?m not attempting that from scratch!!

                          Looks like you've done a great job of your jerky / biltong. Do you air dry it in the traditional manner or in a very low oven or a dehydrater of some sort?

                            Thanks! All done in a dehydrator. Bought new on Facebook market place for ?25!
                            I used to spend a fortune on jerky from biltong supplier but not anymore!
