  • Postman makes me angry

So was waiting eagerly for a delivery by RM. Sat in the front room so as not to miss him ringing the door bell or knocking, go in to the hall and notice post has been delivered i can see a long box, even more excited my maduro wrapped sticked have arrived, rushes to collect picks the letters and box and a sorry you were out post card, looks at the box and my excitement fades its a package for the GF looks at the you were out card its my cigars. Now i have to wait till tomorrow then go to the sorting office to pick them up. Why could he not knock or ring the door bell, surely it would have been quicker to ring the bell than to write out the flaming card.

I had a Yodel driver get out of his van and walk to the door and put a card through it whilst I watched from upstairs, WTF?

Yodel are the worst bunch of heathens ever, they often put parcels in my bin of all places....The bloody BIN!
Once they even put it in a neighbours bin and faked the neighbours signature, as if I don't talk to my neighbours????

thats the same everywhere. I had I card in my postbox with the words: your package is behind your trashbox near your house.......in the rain.

Assholes, I was lucky that my cigars where not wet, but otherwise I had to kill the postman.

"My Hermes" are awful as well, unless you are having a football delivered, as it appears they like to kick the crap out of the parcels they deliver.

At least you don't live in France. I know someone who ordered a humi and the delivery driver chucked it down a set of concrete steps.

I have my complaints about USPS as a whole about how they operate. I have to say that when it comes to my individual mailman he does an excellent job. Always friendly and my packages arrive in good shape.

                Their domestic tracking is superb.

Likewise the Parcelforce driver who delivers to me is really good. If I'm not in he will often put parcels in the side access behind a locked gate and my last parcel he put into a carrier bag because it was raining.

My brother used to have CCTV footage of a Yodel driver kicking a parcel back to his van when he refused to take it 50m round the side of the building to the loading dock of the hospital he worked at. Its a secure unit, they can't accept parcels at the front desk. I've been lucky, lived in a flat in Skipton where the bloody postie just left parcels on the front step, next to the Jobcentre.
