Roofing felt under the crap covering you will get. Board out the interior with insulation between it and the exterior wood. Carpet on the floor. Doing mine in the summer.

Will keep that in mind was going to buy a pack of wood flooring and use that instead of carpet
My man shed conversion was going wonderful, it's a brick outbuilding that was previously used to store all manner of garden related rubbish in.
I sealed/damp proofed the floor, installed a raised wooden level with insulation underneath during last summer. Left it over winter to see just how good it would be. I was so pleased that cured all signs of damp/mustiness. Sadly in the new year with the deluge of rain it highlighted that the roof leaks, now it looks as if I need to remove all roof tiles and totally redo it *sigh*.
