Which Art do you teach? I'm fascinated with Martial Arts, studied hard in my 20's, mostly Wing Chun with Sifu Derek Frearson, then later delved more into the philosophy/spiritual side.

I work as a Graphic Designer/Reprographic Artist in the printing industry, mainly food packaging (yes it 's me that makes all those ready meals look oh so realistic ), also DVD packaging, lingerie cartons (my boast is that I've touched up more women than anyone else) .... hmmm .. well anything that needs a box or header card!

I used to be the same then I realised that a) everyone knows how bad it is for you, not just those in healthcare and b) I can't think of any substance more addictive than nicotine.
