Hmmmmm? That's weird. No snow there yet?
Do you mates never get too much snow? Like: do normal households have snowblowers??

For the last couple of years we seem to have gotten one or two big snow falls in the year (at least in Essex), which causes the country to come to a complete standstill (trains cancelled, traffic jams, school closed, empty offices etc, etc)
I don't know anyone who owns a snow blower but I'm thinking of buying a shovel this year

It's the Essex way of dealing with things - exactly the same here in Colchester! If you're thinking of buying a shovel, we got a 'snow plough' shovel a few years ago - basically it's a shovel on wheels so you can plough the snow away off the driveway. Has come in very useful... can also recommend a small investment in rock salt now at B&Q before everyone wants some and they put the prices up!
