Sore throat (don't think I can pas it on on here)

How depressing....I have a very sore throat which has stopped me having a smoke today. Grrrrr

The day after an order which really made me fancy a smoke.

At the first sign of a sore throat I hit it with the Covonia Throat spray, then a few hours later, I gargle with a dissolved Aspirin in some water. Works most times.

Thanks GFK1, not tried the cavonia spray, will have to get some.
Tyrozets are pretty good, they have a local anaesthetic which helps to relieve pain and tyrothricin is an antibacterial which helps to treat or prevent infection.
+ Manuka honey.
Anyway...before we turn into a medical forum haha.....The throat has cleared up pretty much.
