    1. Blow your nose. Very important, because that's where most of what will create the bad taste is lurking.

    2. Anything vanilla. Yoghurt, ice cream or whatever.

    3. Give it an hour, brush yer choppers, go to bed .... should be all OK in the morning.
    If you want to, you can.
    And, if you can, you must!

      One of the suggestions that I’ve seen for bad breath is making sure that you eat and/or drink before you go to bed. You could also drink while smoking; the issue is that smoking gets rid of saliva, which gets rid of the natural protection you have in your mouth. It doesn’t really matter what you drink as long as you’re replenishing your saliva as you are enjoying your cigar.

            I usually try to drink water afterwards to get the saliva back in my mouth. Brushing your tongue might be an idea though

                  If i have to freshen up after a cigar I find brushing teeth followed by mouthwash does the trick, but i leave it a while to enjoy the after-taste before doing so 😊

                    Here are some tips for halitosis, essentially terribly bad breath. If these doctor recommended can help it, pretty sure it could tame your cigar breath. Besides what?s already been said brush your teeth, gums and tongue thoroughly and finish with alcohol based mouthwash. You can also drink hot green or black tea, keep hydrated to prevent gob mouth, get checked for other issues that could be causing it, eat more antioxidants, and ditch the low-carb diet; yeah right.
