If U are not certain,then why punish the retailer. Take some time and figure out if indeed U did or did not make the purchase. Then if U didn't take the steps to revert the transaction. JMHO

Check, double check and then triple check...

Then, and only then, when your 100% certain it has nothing to do with you can you report it as fraudulant activity on your card...!!!

It's nothing you've purchased from any of the cigar sponsors? nothing from Cgars? nothing from Humidoro? nothing from ebay that you may just have forgotten about...?
