Dad's crop

I got some pics of my Father's mini crop - but he's already turned it into ready-to-be-rolled tobacco!

Here's his humidor with the last of the crop.









He stuck one in a roll-up for me - tasted lovely, very creamy like a caf? creme or like those Havana minis you get - which I'm quite fond of.

Not an amazing amount or anything, but not bad for terrible British weather in a paved-over terrace house down south!

Dunno he just got some seeds and stuck 'em in a pot!

You can only try.i watched some people when we went to america rolling cigars and i asked them if i could try,lol.the cigars ended up looking like a giant speer.lol.but what the hell,,,,it tasted the same.It was a good job i didnt have false teeth as i would have sucked the buggers back me neck.lol.

I spose it would be fun having a go, I would probably end up with 100 gauge cigar cramming as many tobacco filler/leaves in!!

lol,at one end it was thick as a babys arm at the other i could have used it to play darts with.lol.but i must admit given more time i could have masterd the art of rolling a goodun.i enjoyed it really.

deano mate,i am really interested in this growing you own leaves thing .Can you throw some light on whre and how i can get some seeds.E M me ok.i just gotta have a go.
