Yeah, just can't understand it, or why anyone would even conceive of doing it. Time and time again.

Normally someone would have claimed it by now if it was from over-seas. Let's hope he/she gets caught before setting another off.

I believe them in this instance .... only because they are capable of making bigger explosions.
