Cracked open a nice bottle of red and after a glass thought, hmmmm, fancy a nice bit of cheese, particularly after recently visiting the local artisan cheese cellar (absolutely gorgeous cheese's non of your mass produced nonsense here!)
being the impatient bastard that i am, thought i know, can't be bothered to let it breath for a further hour or two (yer know so its practically running off the plate) i will stick the plate on the wood burner for a couple of minutes!

Had to scoop up molten stinking bishop with my crackers whilst trying to avoid the liquid wax from the cheddars! Puts a new twist on fondue i spose!
