... Shall I eat a blasted oyster. Been awake since 8am yesterday now, and unable to eat anything.

Worse, I've run out of cigars for when I feel human again :-(

Oh well, means I can sit in bed for a day or two and do some more job applications.

Hold off with immodium, it stops you clearing your bowels out good and proper, thereby retaining all the bacteria in your backside. Though squirting coffee out of jacksy isn't the most pleasant of experiences it's 'better out than in'.

Ideally just fluids but it was 8hrs after Dan had posted & it it had been that bad, most of what he needed to get rid of should have passed through. Sometimes you can't just go to bed but have to get up & get on, leaving the house & the safety of an accessible toilet so then instant concrete makes sense. Just take the minimum required though or you can easily end up constipated

Been staying in bed, drinking lots of water and eating what I can that goes down easily.
