  • The wait is on! A Warning Tale...

Been away for a while, which is always a worry for Cigar puffers....had the excellent & loyal better half to look after my Humis whilst gone, so, no problems there!

    Bo***cks

The analogue gauge on my shed humi was showing 68/70 so quite rightly was left alone by her-indoors...the bastard was STUCK......
Dropped in a Diamond Crown which gave an unpleasant reading of 24 & to touch they do feel somewhat dry...I smoked a little '98 partagas to see if it was lively...it wasn't....

Into storage with 40 odd good cubans & hope they come back - time alone will tell...

Might be on the periphery then! I reckon you can restore them to a degree, just leave them for a few months. Won't be 100% but I've heard good stories before.

I hope they come back....funnily enough I'm really pissed about the NC's I had in there...all gifted so no financial loss, but I really wanted to give them a fair chance...

            Ouch Puff, that sucks.

Someone needs to come up with dygital hygros which are accessible via an app (isnt everything done by apps nowadays?) which allows you to check on them and alert you to changes...

Yessir...I have access to telemetry that gives me all sorts of stats in refineries around the globe...but I can't afford the infrastructure costs of a satellite for my stogies..for the time being I'll invest in re-training the Missus....

I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.
