Have you got any kind of legal representation available to you? Might be worth contacting the CAB if not?

Boss, have you thought of trying one of these claims adjusters.

Can't say I have ever used them but I think they work like a loss adjuster in reverse ie they work on a no win no fee basis to progress the claim for you but because they do it all the time they know the rules and wrinkles in the policy and will stop you getting shafted.

As I say, no personal experience but may be worth a look on the web.
