  • Painting Competition

I stated that I had won a local painting competition earlier and just thought I would post a few pictures up for people to see if they were intersted...
    Thanks for looking,

Thanks Chris, I entered one last year and I thought I had done a better job of that one (plus it was the under 20's) and I came 7th or something so was very shocked when I won!

There's some amazingly fine-grained detail on that tank - congratulations mate!

Nice work James.I used to make WW2 dioramas so I know the level of skill and the attention to detail and patients that goes into producing work like that. Well done mate.

WW11, that must of been hard! Only kidding mate, if people are interested I'll put a few pics of some other things I have done? But thanks for all the comments, it means a lot

I am always impressed by how good the work people produce is, white emulsion and a roller is about my stamp.

Yep, excellent job James, should keep you amused on leave. You can do this stuff offshore but the problem is getting it back home in one piece!

I must admit that I have thought about taking stuff away Simon but what with the little time I have spare offshore I'd rather just sleep haha!

                    Excellent! True craftsmanship James!

I used to paint models a while back, unfortunately I lost the patience and kept kacking up!

Nice, I've not played in ages, still have my orcs and my brothers eldar in the loft.
