So here is a new thread for any of you out there who like to smoke a cigar to celebrate putting a big one on the bank.

Well at least I got 1 out of 2, and that ain't bad. Looks like Mr. Hog got away....this time!

Nic I am a fisherman, but not the fly type, coarse fishing is my particular prefered activity.

I assume that you are all fly fisherman then?????

Used to fish for salmon as a kid, and have also done some sea fishing while on holiday.Still have all the fly rods and spinners, but they are gathering dust in my garage at the moment.

Nearly forgot, extreme fishing with Robson Green; has to be one of the best programmes on TV, even if you are not into fishing.Some of those things he manages to catch are monsters.
