Bob Log one man band is playing a few spots around UK in May, I think Im going to Fibbers in York to see him. If you like your Delta blues warped, disjointed and a tad on the fruity side then you should give him a go. He wears a bike helmet with a telephone melted to the visor as his mic and normally dons a rocket suit.
Tom Waits is a big fan.
Also check out the Blackhouse sessions I think the venues are in Canada and France, theres some quality French bands on there like French Cowboy and The Birds are Alive.
