Just fired my PC up, or not as the case may be.
Greeted with a CMOS error, after numerous CMOS resets, stripdown, clean, and reassaemble I've conceded the mobo is dead.
My PC was a good spec for its time but is an LGA775 socket DDR2 board, they seem to be very hard to source now (for reasonable cash), so the only way to go is a new build
