First sighting of the Summer - Cuban Cigar Roller

He's in Selfridges on Thursday from around 2pm till late, back at Fox's Friday & Saturday

Nic - how much do the Custom Rolled usually go for in a place like Fox's?

Prices around ?16 - ?18 I think (don't quote me) but if you have never tried one they are a must. Just be sure to smoke it before it goes 'sick' (after about 3-4 weeks). Then you have to leave for 6 months.

From what I've heard, if you spend more than ?20 on regular hand-rolled cigars you can get one of those for ?10.
That's not too bad, I've seen custom rolls sell on the web for $20, $30 dollars and more. I've seen shops sell them for ?30-?40 and more.
Yoel Diaz is a master of quality control at Partagas, he'll know what he's doing. I'm hoping to have one or two put aside for me.

Smoked a freshly rolled one at JJ Fox today and I am here to tell you it was superb!

Unfortunately he was up rolling at Selfridges when I went in but luckily they had a few in a drawer!!

The guys in the store report that the roller is delighted with the tobacco. Hamlet told me in Havana that he had found some old leaf at H&F last summer that had been around for a while and I guess this is still being used. Price was extremely competitive too!
