  • thoughts on the cuaba diademas please!!!!

    hey all,
could anyone on here share opinions/ thoughts on the cuaba diademas please? i'm interested in getting a couple in for the summer, but value the thoughts of you kind folk on here!!! i love the salamones and am particularly fond of other cigars in the cuaba line, so i'm sure i'll like this one too!!!

i'm also looking into getting some monte A's in as well, and maybe some sancho panza 'sanchos'!!! any thoughts on these cigars would be most welcome (as a note, i've no interest in getting the hoyo particulares as i'm not really much of a hoyo fan)!!!

    cheers,

    alex

Just like a big Cuaba really, that's it. OK with a good dvd if your paying more attention to the dvd, no real development in flavour.

cheers barney!!! sounds like what most people said about the salamones!!! however, i was surprised by the flavours in the salamones and subsequently it is now a staple of my stash!!! perhaps the diademas will go the same way? lol

Like the man says - if you like Cuaba (which I do) it's more of the same

I really, really like them! Make sure you have a good couple of hours to spare. Nice, easy smoke which doesn't change much all the way down which is fine by me as it's all good

i have some 2003 (OR) salomones and they are great so some cuaba's have legs.

For me the Cuaba Diademas are consistently good. As a comparison, I prefer them to the recent Italian Punch Diadema.

I am a big fan of the Cuabas, however, I found the Salomones to be superior. IMO you're better off with those.
Life's much too short to smoke crap cigars..........

The very first part of the cigar was light and not as flavorful as I wanted but slowly I started to feel some vanilla flavor mixed up with caramel...Took me 2 hours to smoke it ..take your time with this one.
