Anyone smoking Dec 08 or Jan/Feb 09 Monte Sublimes? How are they at the mo? I'm keen to grab a box before the opportunity is no longer there...

I had a Monty Sublime last week (08) and can safely report back that it was Fantastic! If you can get hold of a box, do so. You will not regret it

I had a couple of singles, not sure from which box code, and they were good enough that I ordered a new box from 09.

haven't smoked any from the box yet.

I've had more than 20 of these from 3 different boxes and they're consistently brilliant....even when they first came out they were smoking really well..

Whilst some don't rate them the vast majority think this is a stone cold classic, pull the trigger.

Limited Edition from Montecristo in 2006 and 2008 are some of the best Montes I have smoked. The 2008 are starting to get more difficult to source now as well. Never smoked one that I didn`t like.
Get a box before they disappear.

I'll have to revisit these, as I was not a fan at the release. I felt that the flavor was all over the place. Perhaps they have come into their own. FWIW- I would rather sit on a box of the Monte GE, a much more compact cigar that delivered immediate returns.
