Update:
Finally got an email from them saying that they received my package.
Like previous emails their attitude was very blunt and they seemed unconcerned about the trouble i had gone to. They were still adamant that it was plume and not mould, and that they were not going to refund the post i incurred in send the cab back, only the purchase price of the cigars.
TBH i don't care, I'm just glad this is over and that i can put it behind me. I would urge fellow BOTLs not to use them as their customer service is non-existent and they just seemed like they didnt want to hear about the problem.

A full refund should keep everyone happy. very sorry to hear a purchase has to end this way. But to be fair to them, they already made a lost in admin and postage/ packaging cost, and may be they just got too much business that they don't care if you will come back or not.
well, but sometimes, some shops' prices are.....just too......"riskly tempting'.
