  • What cigar are you earmarking for a special smoke over the Christmas holidays?

Would love an opportunity to smoke a Hoyo DC, but too cold. So I'm lining up a CoRo and/or BBF with some good age on.

A couple of my friends have their birthdays over the festive period. I've a pair of LGC Orgullosos and vintage RyJ Churchill tubos that I'm planning to share with them.

I've got a Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No2 that I got from Simon Bolivar which I've been waiting to smoke. Either that or one of these Party Serie D's

Either an Opus X or a RyJ Diana that I picked up last year.

I always have a Cohiba Piramides Extra on Xmas Day. It's been a bit of a tradition for quite a few years now. It's the only one I'll smoke all year though... Far too expensive

Im cooking so probably not much time. But there will be a DC smoked at some point over the holidays, perhaps a hoyo.

A very nice tradition indeed. I have Sig VI tubos x 3 & Piramides Extra tubos x3, with age. Not sure when to start them but it won't be this Christmas. I'll be on the rig & dry so my tradition is to smoke 3 smaller cigars. ERDM DT after breakfast, Robusto after luncheon & an Exquitos after dinner.

Given my Christmas Day tradition is a whisky and a smoke with my father and uncle after dinner, neither of which are regular smokers, I tend towards the other end of the scale compared with the above choices.

                      RyJ Cedros No.2
                      PLPC
                      RyJ No.1

Try to make the most of any sun/daylight warmth out on the patio, or retire to the potting shed with a heater if the weather isn't playing ball. An enjoyable hour nonetheless.
