My two recent favorite EL were the PSD#5 & the Bolivar Petit Belicoso, although I cant get enough of the current Montecristo gran Edmundo. This is a big rg cigar that smokes wonderfully ROTT.

I saw mixed reviews about that Grand Edmundo - I am partial to a regular Edmundo & I'm guessing the big brother might benefit from a little age on it.

Got some of those sitting in my humi, but I won't be touching them for a few years yet. Couldn't tell you how they're gonna turn out, but they are certainly beautiful looking 'gars.
I'm still waiting for the whiskey to whisk me away
And I'm still waiting for the ashtray to lead me astray

I reckon the Partagas D5 is a bit of an un-sung hero. I utterly adore them. I've only a few left in the box and would love more but they seem to be getting rarer and rarer these days.
They were very harsh when I opened the box (way too impatient as usual) but after a couple of years they've matured into works of art

The GE and the Edmundo bear little resemblance to each other ROTT, and I dont expect that is ever going to change.
I like the Edmundo as well, but I held out little hope for the GE, as I had already been a bit letdown by the Sublime. No worries, this one does not disappoint. You will be richly rewarded if you can let a box of these settle in for a bit of a rest.
