A Cuban brand set up by a Spanish immigrant in the 1840's & was a popular brand but suffered & disappeared Post Rev, now only a Non Cuban brand made in Dominican Republic.
They come up in cigar auctions, full boxes commanding £4-5K. Notable to modern eyes as being small formats.
Creamas Corona 1950's example; smoked really well, I was surprised a 60yo cigar had retained such flav. I gave it 95pts which is really high for me. Guess those paying several grand know what they like.

Conchas in Cello 1950's example: Smoked New Years Eve 2014. Was expecting/hoping this would be even better than the above, as in my eperience vintage cello's keep their flav better. However, thugh not a dud, it was pretty flat & I gave it 85pts. Still it was great to experience tis famous brand, quoted by Kipling in The Betrothed:
There is peace in a Laranaga & calm in a Henry Clay, but the best cigar is finished in an hour & thrown away.
