Hello all!
A friend of mine is currently living it up in Jamaica and has said that there is a cart within the Grand Palladium hotel with a selection of Cuban cigars. I have asked him to send me some photos as I’d be interested in a few pieces. My initial thoughts are that the hotel is on the finer side and surely wouldn’t entertain any old merchant selling knockoffs on their premises, but I’m also aware that it’s Jamaica and fakes are commonplace! 😆
I have attached the photos I have been provided with. Please let me know if anything looks concerning (forby the prices). The band on the Cohiba Esplendidos looks good to me, but the Sublimes look a bit off. Some of them look on the rougher side.
The lit cigar is what was purchased as an Esplendidos. The ash is the expected colour as opposed to white.
It’s ultimately the Partagas and Romeo y Julieta I am interested in anyway, but let me know your through.
Regards,
Duncan. ⭐️
