    Fake Cuban Cigar Site

    Hello to Everybody,I want to share something that happened to me,
    Don't do shopping from the site [REMOVED LINK-daverave999]
    You will find a dealer there who always wants to help you and gives answer to all of your questions, but all this effort is just to deceive you.
    The products they sell are all FAKE.
    I trusted the site and I did shopping, when I got the boxes, I found out the cigars were not geniune,but when I complained about this,the dealer claimed the cigars were geniune, but it is obviously not true.
    Do not let them deceive you and please share this unpleasant event to other people to prevent them doing shopping from that site.

    Welcome to the forums.
    I appreciate you may have posted the above with good intentions, however, a first post to warn people off a particular retailer is always going to be treated with a degree of scepticism and suspicion.

    Perhaps you might want to introduce yourself in our 'Newbie Greets' section, and familiarise yourself with the 'house-rules' first.
    (We do not discuss non-UK sources here - even dodgy ones!)

    Also, with respect, if you were more familiar with the 'Cigar Marketplace', you would realise that it is highly improbable (ridiculous to be honest) that ANY seller, particularly one who seemingly has an endless stock of some of the rarest and costliest cigars in existence (Cohiba EL Sublimes - Double Coronas - piramides etc, etc) would be selling them for around ?150 a box! When the typical price is nearer 10x that.

    Fools rush in and all that.
    Sorry, don't want to sound harsh, but that's why joining a site like this one is so important if you want to avoid falling foul of the unscrupulous.

              Hey Zargallo, thanks for the heads up, but as others have said, your comments are likely to be met with some suspicion since we don't know you at all (but are very up for making new friends!). Bottom line is for all we know you could just have a beef with that particular vendor and so you're trying to ruin their business.

              Repeating what others have said - say hi in Newbie Greets, and avoid talking about non-UK sources.

              In addition, you've not really told us why you felt they were fake.

                      Oh I'm intrigued now, I missed the link, I love a bit of fakery!

                      Not sure all my cigars are 100% real, some of them are at least 10% Fairy dust.

                        The NC's or the Cubans? I'm sure all NC's have at least 30% Fairy Dust included in the marketing. There are exceptions but not at the lower price point.
