I've had the 2002 one too but didn't think much of it....why do you ask CIV have you found some of the EL version?

No I havn't, so I was wondering what I was missing....

I love 'A' sized cigars and was wondering what I was missing...

I think I may be one of those people....

I purchased a box of these to split with myself and a couple of friends. We smoked them at the Behike launch event at the Goring Hotel in Victoria, London.

Thoughts - such a mild smoke that as a regular full bodied cigar smoker, i found this to be dull and without flavour; however a cigar smoker that enjoys milder smokes may enjoy these?

How long was the smoking time on one of those Jimmeh?

hey arf,
seeing that a diademas is 2" bigger than a salomon, i'd estimate around 3 hrs!!! this is just from the thought that a salomon lasts me over 2 hrs approx......

either way, that's a lot of smoking.........

seems i've replied to the wrong thread (i thought you were referring to the punch diademas italian RE)!!!

however, a cigar over 9"s and with a 47 RG has gotta take a couple of hours to burn through...........

I smoked one (2003 I think) with Jimmy and Big T at the Beheke launch.

It was beautifully made but basically a great big boring stick that never did anything. One could describe it as mild and elegant I suppose.

I am pleased I experienced it but would not smoke another.

it's one of those smokes that take a bit of looking into. sipping water only and no heavy flavoured meal beforehand. no good on a herf imo, one for kicking back and watching a boring dvd with.
