Same thing happened with Mycigarorder.com, they have quite a few Padrons, so I inquired about one at a good price, better than Cgars and Robert Graham, and was told these are old prices and he promptly put them up 10%. I should have got a kickback for waking this guy up. Hava Havana were another who bait and switched on inquiry.
