Have to say though, it's making the Hunters & Frank-in-wotsits shin-dig at the Goring look even better value for money!

Imo theres plenty cigars better than Cohibas or at very least as good for a fraction of that price. These will have to be really special at these prices. They sell on the name, look good on the desk and in the humi and there are some who will buy them for that reason alone, a prestige brand. Don't get me wrong, I will, when finances permit, probably try them but at these prices they may find they have taken a step too far unless, as I say they are really something else.

I've had a couple of the BHK 56. They're very good but not ?45 good, at least not to me. They will be to plenty of people though and that's all that matters, as long as Habanos leave some cigars at 50 rg and less in their range.
Having said that, I'll still end up buying a few of these every now and then. Not for cutting the grass with though.

I had a truly awesome cigar yesterday, an aged Le Hoyo Des Dieux from 1999 - probably one of the best cigars this year so far, maybe even ever! All for around ?13. Makes me wonder whether the BHK can really offer something that much more to justify the price... The true test would be aging the BHK for 10 years and then trying it...

Not too bad prices, on the basis of the alleged 'rarity' of the stick contents. More than a standard Siglo VI, but not right up there with the Reserva.

I think it'll be a case of grab a set of singles or a sampler and try them out!

Still, I'll be grabbing at least a box of one of them on release or not long after, I do like my Cohbias
