Presumably it's not taxed for UK consumption

It is official LCDH release, and the tax is probably why it is not allowed in the UK.
I have two of these currently in my humi, and it is a nice presentation.

Monsieur Whisk is right...I tried to buy a similar Partagas one about a year ago and got knocked back...I had to travel all the way to Berlin to get one...and the Hoyo one....and the H Upmann one

Thinking about it a bit more I recall that this humi is licensed exclusivelys to the German market…although the webpage does state it can be shipped anywhere?!?

You Guys should organize a herf to my LCDH- Hamburg

They have a cool range of cigars and some different stuff to the UK

Our store has a cigar lounge and wine/scotch/coffee are served at silly low prices plus Hamburg is exceptionally cigar friendly

I would be happy to lead the herf:-)

Germany has higher VAT than the UK ! All countries in the EU have VAT

Price differences are generally caused by customs and excise duties as well as exchange rate fluctuations

Sorry Maybe I should have been clearer- in the UK we only sell Hunters and Frankau product ( unless vintage cigars )
