Odd warranty seal placement

Unusual but not necessary a problem. Does everything else look right. I haven't seen counterfeit 3*5 boxes before ...has anyone else?

Not heard of anything. And does seem a whole lot of bother when puntin' snide 25's would be a lot easier and cheaper.

Real Deal.

The embossed band is the newer band and there is no problem with that at all.
I have Cohiba Robustos in the same format as your own Montes, and the seal is not lined up as you would expect if purchasing a box of cigars.

Would not worry about it mate.

Had the seal been misaligned on a box or cab then obviously that would be a different matter entirely.
