I really enjoy the SLR Regios. Nobody really talks much about these.

Two cigars I enjoy regularly, but no one seems to mention are the San Cristobal 'El Principe' for a short smoke or, for something a bit longer the Vegas Robaina 'Famosos'.

Hi Jimmy. I totally agree about the SCs. Great short smoke. The SC la fuerza is another cracking smoke
In fact, the whole SC range is excellent

I'm glad someone mentioned these. On a whim I purchased a single El Principe and am waiting for it to arrive. I am now looking forward to it even more so.

I've had one El Principe (only the one), I remember it being a very pleasant smoke. A good buy, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

The El Principe came and went up in smoke. I really enjoyed the flavor but the draw was a bit tight. I also had Vegas Robaina Famosos which was excellent. I am waiting on a box of VR Unicos now. If they're anything like the Famosos I'll be very happy.

                Anyone else try the Unicos?

                  Re: Unsung CCs Worth Mentioning

One fine smoke i seldom see mentioned is the RyJ Exhibition #4. This was one of the first cigars I tried and one that made me really appreciate CCs.

a good Ex No4 is great but I find to many tight and tarry.

                      My favorite pyramide.

Like Big J said, haven't seen the SLR Regio bigged up here much. Fantastic cigar. The most consistent Habanos, in my experience. Reasonably aged ones abound. In fact, I don't think I've ever had a "fresh" one.

You might have a struggle Lads as they've been discontinued IIRC. A mate found some in Madrid last year but didn't think much of them...!?!?

Thought sombody may know of a uk supplier that has a box or two sitting in the back of a humi somewhere. How long have they been out of production I know for instance the hoyo du dauphin has been stopped a few years now but you can still pick them up quite freely.
