    I think the Open series is meant to have lighter blends compared to the standard range. The Linea series is supposedly more high end, similar to Cohibas BHKs. I have tried one from each line and didn't think they were anything special compared to the number 2, which I would say is the benchmark for the entire brand.

    In answer to your thread title, outwith regular production, the Montecristo 80th anniversary is an amazing cigar.

    I notice that Montecristo have a range called Open Master/Eagle/Regata etc, whats that all about? then I see they have a Linea range, I am a bit confused to say the least if somebody could bring me up to speed that would be appreciated.
