I wouldn't be too concerned about the ring gauges being slightly off though - cigars can expand and contract depending on humidity and a ring gauge difference of 2 wouldn't concern me too much tbh. Certainly not as much as the fact they came from Gumtree

Shamz.... They look pretty legit to me. If they're snugly filling the bottom layer and aren't rattling around then you should be good.
The price is a bit of a red flag as boxes of these are going for ?600 but you never know.

You sure the CR RG is accurate? I know cigars do swell and shrink but not sure by how much!

No the only thing is the RG...I know I was taking a gamble....the bands the box the cigars as well look on point it's just the RG really which made me think otherwise

Also, tried the black light check on the back of the band?

I'd be surprised if the RG is out given what it is. So I'd be suspect of that. Also as Stevie said, the going price on the resale is much higher.

And like Mike said. There's no way I'd expect a legit seller to behave like that. I'd keep the receipt if I was him!

I agree with Steve, the CR are more likely to be out surely? Banos makes a good point about trying the black light too. Everything else you’ve said/shown seems to check out and If that checks out and you still don’t want them I’ll take them and pay Andy myself!
