HU Royal Coronas tubos London conditioned????

I have been wondering for a while why my HU Royal Coronas tubos contain box pressed cigars. I peeled the health sticker off one of my tubos and found the following message on the tubo. Does anyone know what this means. Never heard of it and I?m not at all familiar with the U.K. market, especially two decades ago. Any help would be appreciated.

I would assume this was before H&F imported all Havana's & the Importer received the cigars in boxes or large cabinets & them put them in the tubes themselves. So the atmosphere inside the tube was London's humidity & smog levels at the time of packing.

Yes, that's what I thought as well. Smog levels, lol! Could it be that they packed HU Coronas inside the Royal Coronas tubos? It's the only other HU that matches in size nd that would explain the box pres and the red band.
